合成蛋白質(zhì)的疊氮高丙氨酸（AHA）標(biāo)記：

5mM sodium ascorbate (Solarbio) for 2 h

Experimental procedures for AHA labeling of synthesized proteins were adapted from a published protocol. The sample was incubated at 95 °C for 10 min. Click reaction was then performed after the samples were cooled to 37 °C in a reaction system containing 50 μMAcety-lene-PEG4-Biotin, 0.1 mM GuSO4,0.5 mM THPTA , and

5mM sodium ascorbate (Solarbio) for 2 h. The reaction was terminated with 1 mM EDTA. The labeled proteins were resolved by SDS–PAGE and detected with Biotin detection reagents.
